‘Ffordd Rhydywaun’ yw ethos ein cymuned ysgol gyfan.

Mae’n seiliedig ar gysondeb mewn cyfres o ganllawiau a rhennir mewn i ‘Normau’, ‘Arferion’, ac ein ‘Côd Ymddygiad’.

Trwy weithredu ‘Ffordd Rhydywaun’ yn gyson, rydym yn sicrhau bod parch a threfn yn cael eu blaenoriaethu yn ein cymuned, gan sicrhau lles, cynnydd, a hapusrwydd ein holl fyfyrwyr a staff.

The Rhydywaun Way

​

Ffordd Rhydywaun (The Rhydywaun Way) represents the ethos and values that we adhere to as a school community. 

It is based on consistency in a series of guidelines which are divided into ' ‘Norms’, ‘Routines’, and our 'Code of Conduct'.

Through the consistent implementation of ‘Ffordd Rhydywaun’ we ensure that respect and good order is prioritised in our community, ensuring the welfare, progress, and happiness of all students and staff.
